  • How do I contact B.Chefy?

  • Where is B.Chefy located?
    All our products are made one at a time, by hand, in Falcon Heights, Minnesota.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    We offer shipping and tracking for all orders in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska through USPS. Free shipping is currently unavailable.
  • How fast will my apron be shipped?
    We ship M-F and most orders will ship in 3-5 business days, depending on the size of the order. If an order is delayed, we will alert you asap.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. If you live outside the US, please email us at hello@bchefy.com and we will try and accommodate your request.
  • How long do refunds take?
    We process refunds immediatley after receiving returned merchandise. Your bank may take up to 10 days to process returns.
  • Where is my order?
    Once your order is shipped you'll get an email with tracking information. If your package is marked delivered, ask your mail carrier or neighbors about it before contacting us. We ship to the address provided at checkout and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Does B.Chefy offer gift cards?
    As of today, we do not. But check back later, we're hoping to add this feature soon.
  • Do you offer repairs?
    Yes, we will repair your apron whenever possible for a reasonable fee. Send a picture of your apron to hello@bchefy.com and we'll give you an estimate.
